Vanja Milenkovic, PhD

Vanja brings expertise in metabolomics and microbiome approaches to biological and environmental systems, with a strong background in statistical analysis and multi-omics integration for biomarker discovery and mechanistic insight. She has experience developing automated R-based pipelines for LC-MS/MS and sequencing data and holds a BSc in Biology, an MSc in Ecology, and a PhD in Biosciences, where she investigated metabolome and microbiome dynamics.
